ENECHANGE partners with Tokyu Livable

Tokyu Livable has begun offering guidance on using the electricity and gas switching platform, ENECHANGE

ENECHANGE Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Tomoya Maruoka) has signed a partnership agreement with Tokyu Livable, Inc. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Shunichi Kobayashi, hereinafter “Tokyu Livable”) and has started providing rental tenants with information about using the electricity and gas switching platform “ENECHANGE”.

This service is introduced to rental tenants through Tokyu Livable’s flyers and tenant-exclusive websites (hereinafter referred to as promotional media, etc.), streamlining the procedures for lifeline services and optimizing energy choices when moving, thus enhancing convenience.

Background

The procedures for electricity and gas involved in moving have traditionally been a burden for many rental tenants. Tokyu Livable has primarily provided lifeline guidance through call centers to rental tenants. However, with this new partnership, it is now possible to offer guidance on using the electricity and gas switching platform, ENECHANGE, through Tokyu Livable’s promotional media. This allows more rental tenants to easily compare and complete the most suitable electricity and gas tariffs than ever before. ENECHANGE will continue to strive to provide a platform that enables each individual to choose the optimal energy for themselves.

Overview of the Partnership Agreement

In this partnership, we will provide Tokyu Livable’s rental tenants with access to the electricity and gas switching platform “ENECHANGE.” Specifically, we will distribute flyers with QR codes, allowing access to the “ENECHANGE” site by Tokyu Livable sales representatives and place banners on the Tokyu Livable rental tenant-only website, offering guidance on electricity/gas switching services via “ENECHANGE.” This enables tenants to easily compare and choose tariffs from multiple suppliers and apply with ease.
