ENECHANGE EV Charge introduced at University of Miyazaki in Miyazaki
ENECHANGE Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has installed one charger as part of its ENECHANGE EV Charge service, the first one to be installed at University of Miyazaki, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture.

Background and Objectives
ENECHANGE EV Charge focuses on destination charging: charging at locations where drivers may spend several hours and want to have a top-up charge, such as golf courses and other leisure facilities, as well as universities and other educational facilities.
We installed the ENECHANGE EV Charge port at University of Miyazaki. Taking advantage of its location in Miyazaki Prefecture, which has one of the highest number of sunny days in Japan, the campus has promoted research using solar and other natural energy sources. Moreover, the university has been working to make its campus more environmentally friendly.
The University of Miyazaki has introduced the ENECHANGE EV Charge system in the parking lot as part of its efforts to lower emissions and contribute to the realization of a decarbonized society, which includes the increased spread of EVs. The university hopes to increase convenience for students and faculty who use EVs and to lead the region as an academic institution in the field of environmental conservation and energy.
The number of EVs and PHVs per 10,000 people in Miyazaki Prefecture is 16.5, ranking 37th in Japan*. We will continue to contribute to the spread of EV charging infrastructure in cooperation with companies working to create local communities and achieve the SDGs.
