The launch of business operations for “Miraiz ENECHANGE Ltd.”, a joint venture between CHUBU Electric Power Miraiz Co., Inc. and ENECHANGE Ltd.

CHUBU Electric Power Miraiz Co., Inc. (Representative Director: Hironori Kamiya, hereafter “CHUBU Electric Power Miraiz”) and ENECHANGE Ltd. (CEO: Tomoya Maruoka, hereafter “ENECHANGE”) entered into an agreement on January 24, 2025, regarding the establishment of a joint venture company to operate an EV charging business. Both companies have named the new company “Miraiz ENECHANGE Ltd.” (hereafter “Miraiz ENECHANGE”) and are commencing the EV charging business from today.

Additionally, we announce the structure of directors, auditors, and executive officers of Miraiz ENECHANGE.

Through the establishment of a sustainable and stable EV Charging Infrastructure and the provision of services, Miraiz ENECHANGE will aid in promoting vehicle electrification and will accelerate and maximize initiatives for achieving a decarbonized society.
