Our company has established a compliance hotline as a point of contact where concerns can be safely discussed to prevent violations of laws or regulations, fraud, unethical acts, or potential unethical acts by our group and our group employees.

Employees of our group (including temporary and part-time staff), as well as employees of business partners and their families, can use the service.
【How to use】
When employees of our company use the hotline, they are, in principle, requested to consult via the consultation form available on our portal site. For contact and consultations from non-employees, please use the following email.
【Terms of Use】
- The content of your report or communication will be shared only with the minimum number of relevant parties necessary to resolve the issue, and each involved party will be obligated to maintain confidentiality, unless your consent is obtained.
- We ask that you make reports and communications in principle by identifying yourself. We do accept anonymous reports and communications via free email services, provided that two-way communication can continue, but please be aware that there may be cases where adequate response cannot be provided or sufficient protection of the informant cannot be ensured.
- We will not take any adverse action against those who reported or communicated with us, or their place of employment, based on the fact that they contacted or reported. However, this does not apply if the report was made with the intent of malicious slander against an individual or for other fraudulent purposes.
- Communications and responses from our company are addressed to the individual who made the contact or report. Please refrain from reusing or repurposing all or part of the content.
