Notice of Call Center Expansion, “LPIO Consultation Desk” for LPIO Customers

ENECHANGE Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Yohei Kiguchi, COO: Ippei Arita; hereafter: ENECHANGE) has set up an “LPIO Consultation Desk,” a consultation service for customers in response to LPIO’s withdrawal from the electricity retail business, but we have received more inquiries than expected, with customers reporting “difficulty connecting the phone” and “slow replies to e-mails. We have received feedback from our customers.

We have increased the number of concierges and are responding in order.
